Ideal for: Athletes seeking a clear, customized starting point to fuel performance – without ongoing suppoprt.
Includes:
● Personalized macro targets and calorie needs
● Sample daily meal plan
● Example grocery list
● Food tracking methods and portion size guidance
● Meal prep suggestions
● Supplement suggestions (if desired)
● One 30-minute Zoom call to review the plan and answer brief questions
One-Time Setup and Zoom
Recommendation: Pair this package with the Nutrition Support Retainer for continued guidance and adjustments.
Nutrition Foundation Package + Support Retainer
Ideal for: Athletes seeking ongoing support, adjustments and accountability in their nutrition journey
Ongoing support includes:
● Business-hour access via text or email for questions
● Short calls (15–20 minutes) as needed
● Adjustments to macros or meal structure every 4 weeks
● Accountability check-ins via text
● Access to bonus nutrition resources and templates
This package requires a 3-month commitment. Athletes who commit to at least 3 months of nutrition tracking see significantly higher success rates.
