Training Minds, Bodies, and Leaders Through Wrestling
Empowering athletes with the tools to win, in sports and in life.
OUR MISSION
The National Wrestling & Performance Center has a twofold mission:
First, to grow the sport of wrestling for all people—supporting men’s and women’s programs, underserved communities, and adaptive athletes. Wrestling is our foundation. It shapes our values and inspires everything we do.
Second, and equally important, is to enhance lifelong performance, leadership, and inner personal excellence. We teach the mental, emotional, and leadership skills needed to thrive in sport, school, work, and life. These skills are for everyone: athletes and non-athletes, youth and professionals, veterans and civilians.
As the Performance Center continues to grow, we remain grounded in the values that wrestling teaches grit, resilience, and discipline. At the same time, we are expanding our impact across all sports, all abilities, and all communities.
our Vision
To Enhance Lifelong Performance
Our vision is not just about wrestling but it encompasses all sports, creating a world where the transformative power of athletics can benefit everyone. We aim to take the very best that wrestling—and all sports—have to offer, gathering it in one place to energize competitors at every level and inspire both men’s and women’s athletics across the nation. From adaptive training to high-level athletes, and from wrestlers to business professionals, the National Wrestling & Performance Center is dedicated to using the power of sports to foster resilience, leadership, and personal excellence.

What Clients Are Saying
Client perspectives on clarity, confidence, and performance improvement.

Sonya Martin
Manheim, PA
“Zack was the missing piece for my son. He had the talent and work ethic, but the mental side was holding him back. Through mental training, he learned to manage nerves, stay focused, and compete with confidence. The change in his composure during matches was night and day.”

Catherine Lopez
Perry, OH
“We’ve worked with Zack through NWPC for both of my children and a team I coached. He connects easily with athletes, builds trust, and helps them understand purpose and process. My kids and team were better mentally prepared to compete because of his work.”

Johnny Schade
Lancaster, PA
“I’m very grateful for the 1-on-1 coaching with Zack. His approach helped me break down barriers, eliminate distractions, and better invest in what matters most. I’ve seen real improvement in how I structure my life and I’m excited to keep building on the progress we’ve made.”
