Born without a right leg, Anthony defied the odds to become a national champion and a global symbol of perseverance.

Anthony will share powerful stories from his wrestling journey — from battling self-doubt to standing atop the NCAA podium — and reflect on the coaches and mentors who helped shape his path. His message of resilience, gratitude, and grit will leave you motivated to rise above your own challenges.

This event also pays tribute to Robert “Bob” Derr, a revered high school coach, teacher, and decorated wrestling official who impacted thousands of lives, including Anthony’s, having officiated his NCAA Championship match.
